Sunday Table-Indian Food In Europe

One dish I cook for myself. Shared with fellow Indian food lovers. Priced by you.

Welcome to a new, deeply personal initiative from Indian Food in Europe β€” a weekly Sunday cooking and micro-catering experience, straight from my home kitchen to your table.

Every Sunday, I will cook one Indian dish that I would normally cook for myself at home β€” food that brings comfort, nostalgia, and satisfaction to my own plate. Instead of keeping it to myself, I’ve chosen to share that very same dish with Indian food lovers across the community.

The dish will be prepared in limited quantity (just 15 portions to begin with) to ensure freshness, quality, and care in every serving.

How It Works

🍽 One Dish Every Sunday
Each week features one Indian dish that I personally enjoy and cook for myself β€” inspired by regional Indian flavours, family-style cooking, street food classics, or soulful comfort meals. The dish will be announced in advance on this page.

πŸ“¦ Limited Portions
Only 15 servings available each Sunday. Small-batch cooking, no mass production.

πŸ’› Pay What You Feel
There is no fixed price. You choose what you wish to pay.

Your contribution reflects:

  1. The joy you felt eating the dish
  2. What home-cooked Indian food means to you
  3. Your support for independent food creators and community-driven ideas

🀝 Food with a Purpose
Any portions left unsold at the end of the day will be shared with homeless and vulnerable people. No food is wasted. Every dish finds a home.

Why This Exists

This initiative is built on trust, sharing, and simplicity.

  1. I cook what I genuinely enjoy eating myself
  2. I share it with those who love Indian food
  3. You decide its value
  4. And together, we ensure food reaches those who need it most

As a long-time food blogger at IndianFoodInEurope.com, this is my way of turning stories, reviews, and memories into real food and real connections.
